HEALING
I have been working as a healer for over 25 years and have developed my own unique way of working. I am known mostly as a crystal healer, and I nearly always use crystals in healing.
I also use shamanic healing practices, including ancestral work, blessing ceremony, cleansing, purification and extraction, cord cutting, power animal and spirit helper retrieval. I work with drum, rattle, feathers, songs, herbs, plants with crystals, crystal essences and lots of love. All my healing is spirit-led.
I now have availability for just a small number of healing sessions. I can offer a few more absent healing treatments and also a small number of crystal remedy consultations.

TEACHING
I love teaching and leading workshops. I love sharing subjects that I feel passionate about, and for me those are things that change lives, and so change our world for the better.
I offer workshops, classes and training in crystals and crystal healing, including certified training with Cornwall School of Crystal Healing. I also offer workshops in shamanism and medicine wheel teachings and groups and gatherings for women's spiritual growth and empowerment.

MENTORING
Whether you are entering a new phase of life, starting a new project or business, aiming to find or to refind yourself and your life path, my focus is to assist you to be truly yourself – to walk the path you came to walk in this lifetime and to share your unique gifts with the world.
I offer strong and gentle space holding, deep listening, inspiration, encouragement, challenge and support to assist you to be the best you can be; to make changes in current situations or to move into the new.

SACRED WOMAN
For nearly 40 years I have worked with women, individually and in groups, to empower, honour and celebrate the sacred within each one of us and our Earth Mother. I love this work, and the powerful and loving sisterhood it supports.
Whether celebrating new womanhood, working with our moon cycles, honouring a birthing woman, greeting a new child, stepping into the wisdom years, sharing triumphs, failures and grief, holding ceremony on the land, working together for conscious creation of our world - all dissolve the differences between us and bring us closer together

HEALING EARTH
As well as working with individuals and groups, it is very important to me to work closely with Mother Earth. Living close to the trees, plants, river and stream has always helped me to ground and balance the high frequency crystal energies, and in more recent years to bring stability and healing in times of great need.
I have spent a great deal of energy protecting the land in this valley and the land has supported me back, and given healing when I needed it. I now open this space to more people - so that they can find healing by being in community with loving people and with the nature spirits, and find balance by doing simple tasks in a mindful way.
