I was sold this as Garnet in Biotite. I was very busy and surrounded by millions of crystals when I was buying, and was just drawn to the piece because it was attractive and unusual. It was later, when holding it, I realised that it didn’t feel like Garnet! When I looked closely it was clear that the crystals are Ruby. Ruby and Biotite are a lovely energetic combination.

Ruby is a powerful crystal that raises energy and passion, and brings positivity. Being red, it is often considered to be a base or root chakra crystal, but in truth, it is primarily a heart stone. Ruby helps the spirit to settle in the heart, so that we can live our soul’s purpose, expressing the truth of who we are with confidence. It brings love into all our actions, helps us to act with courage and supports leadership, informed by ancient wisdom.

Fuchsite is a green form of Muscovite or Mica that is gently healing to mind, body and emotions, bringing a sense of balance and wellbeing. It is a pretty, sparkly stone that is very nurturing. Fuchsite has both depth and richness. It helps us to realign with the natural world and to appreciate the joy and magic in life.

Together they are wonderfully healing for heart and spirit. Ruby in Fuchsite brings increased awareness of and passion for Mother Earth, helping us to realign with gratitude, appreciation and joy.

Biotite is black Mica. It has a lovely energy. It is grounding, purifying and protective, emotionally soothing and mentally calming, with a bit of magic too.
