I’ve had these little discs for ages. I bought lots some time ago then forgot about these.
I think I remember that the inclusion is Ilmenite, but I’m not 100% certain.
I really like the energy. I find it very active, activating and inspiring.
There are two larger and two smaller ones. You will receive one of the items in the photograph.
Rutile or Titanium Oxide brings a fast moving, sparkly energy to Quartz. It increases inspiration and awareness and speeds up physical healing.
Clear or colourless quartz can be totally transparent and glass-like, or have beautiful internal patterns and rainbows. It brings clarity, balance, alignment & harmony. It activates all systems of the body & all levels of consciousness.
