CRYSTAL HEALER TRAINING
So you’re thinking about training to become a Crystal Healer!
Congratulations!
In 2025 there are so many courses that it can be hard to know where to begin.
We’d love you to choose us but, together, we need to be a good fit.
We are 100% confident in the quality of what we offer, but it is a big commitment of your time, energy and money and we want it to be right for you.
We’ve written lots to help you choose and we are always happy to answer your questions.
If you haven’t already done so, we politely suggest that you read this page for an overview of what we have to offer - and a bit about us - then come back here.
The full professional healer training course takes place over approximately two years and has 4 levels.
The first two levels are Foundation Level and they, as the title suggests, lay a firm foundation on which to build all future experience.

CERTIFICATE IN CRYSTAL HEALING
STEP THREE OF THE DIPLOMA IN CRYSTAL HEALING
A DEEP DIVE INTO THE ESSENCE OF YOURSELF AS YOU PREPARE TO BE A HEALER
This 8 day course over four weekends will take us on a deep journey through the seven chakras (with a few more thrown in!)
In addition to encountering approximately 24 more crystals in the deep CSCEH way, learning about the chakras and their correspondences on many levels, touching on colour and sound in healing and learning new crystal healing ‘techniques’, it is a powerful personal initiation that will begin to prepare you for the crystal healing diploma and working competently and safely with the public.
The next course will be in 2027, following the Autumn 2026 Foundation in Crystal Healing
Fee: £795
DIPLOMA IN CRYSTAL HEALING
STEP FOUR AND THE FINAL PART OF THE DIPLOMA IN CRYSTAL HEALING
BEYOND BASIC PRACTICE - EXPANDING AND DEEPENING
This final part of the Diploma in Crystal Healing takes part over 8/10 days over 4/5 weekends and brings together, expands on and deepens all that has been learned so far.
The fifth weekend is Anatomy and Physiology with a guest teacher. This is a unique short course for complementary therapists that links body, mind and emotions. For those who already have a recognised A & P qualification (adequate), this fifth weekend is optional.
Should we be unable to offer this option, in order to obtain the full Crystal Healing Diploma, students will need to undertake a comparable qualification at their own expense and the cost of the 5th weekend will be refunded.
The four weekends includes the following:
Attunement to 30ish new crystals
Working with higher dimensional energies
Interpersonal Chakras; Planetary Chakras
Basic focusing to support healing
Introducing the five elements
Absent healing
Creating and working with Gem Waters and Essences
Sacred Geometry, Crystal Grids and Nets
A shamanic approach to crystals
Healing the home, land, planet, cosmos
I am 100% confident that every student who completes the course and the homework will be fully prepared, competent and ready to establish their own professional healing practice. This is not to say that there isn’t more to learn. We learn by doing and Marcus and I often say how we are still learning after more than 30 years in practice.
Fee: 4 weekends £795; with A&P £995
Why choose us?
In some ways we are old school. In the 1980s when many alternative and complementary therapies were just becoming recognised and training courses organised, there was generally a 2 year standard. Most professional training courses, including aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, spiritual healing, counselling etc were two year part time courses, often with a one year certificate followed by a second year leading to the full diploma. It was understood that, in order to be a competent practitioner, it was necessary to have, at the very least, a basic knowledge of oneself so that we don’t confuse our issues with those of our clients. Over time, it was found that people tended to have a growth in development towards the end of the first year or at the beginning of the second, so a two year training worked well.
In 1988, several people who were teaching Crystal Healing got together and formed the Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organisations (ACHO). The aim was to create reputable, recogised courses with the highest of standards. It was (then) quite a large organisation with many schools. Teachers with quite different personalities and coming from very different backgrounds worked co-operatively to gain recognition for Crystal Healing.
Over time, a core curriculum was agreed and a Professional Diploma Course was created with the 2 year standard. This Diploma Course met the standard of General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies (GRCCT) which is the UK Federal Regulator for Compementary Therapies. To this day, the two year diploma course is the only standard recognised at that level. I joined in 1994 and taught my first Diploma Course in 1996. This standard is what we still teach in this school.
Over the years, complementary therapy became a booming ‘industry'. Then people realised the selling courses could be a profitable way to earn money. Many courses popped up that offer Diplomas and Professional Training in just a few days, or even hours, often with no face-to-face contact with a teacher or any supervised practice. What do these courses have in common? The main aim is no longer to provide the best possible training for the student and future therapist. They are designed for the benefit of the seller/teacher and getting as many ‘bums on seats’ as possible in each time period makes the most money.
Sadly, this approach infiltrated ACHO. A 5 day course was developed that promised ‘the first level’ of professional competence with a promise of gaining insurance and being able to start a practice. I couldn’t do much about the way the world was going, but this was my professional organisation! When I questioned whether it is truly possible to safely train healers to (any level of) professional standard in 5 days, one teacher told me that if she didn’t offer the 5 day course and continued only offering the original two year course she would not attract enough people and would have to go back to her old day job. That says it all! Over several years I did my best to challenge this, but I was a lone voice, and in the end I gave up and left.
The Cornwall School of Crystal and Energy Healing is now a member of the Crystal Therapy Council (CTC). Diploma qualifications gained from CTC registered schools comply with GRCCT standards and they are also recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
Some people told us that they wanted more than the introductory workshop but didn’t want to do the full healer training. So we listened and we broke down the two year course into smaller parts. This enabled people who wanted to learn about crystal healing but did not want to become a practitioners to attend our Foundation Levels. It also provided an opportunity for people to start working with us without the full 2 year commitment, but with total clarity regarding what level of competence each level will provide. What we have found is that most people love our foundation courses so much that they continue to further study, but we have always been clear that, although you can buy a paper diploma, true competence comes with time and a lot of practice and we have never made unrealistic claims and veiled promises to people for our financial gain.
To qualify and gain a GRCCT level Crystal Healing Diploma, you need to attend all 4 parts - and do the written and practical homework! You will receive excellent support! I want more people to become crystal healers, but I have a karmic responsibility when I say that people are competent. I am 100% confident that all who leave this school with a Crystal Healing Diploma can do the job!
