I’ve only really got to know Hypersthene recently.

It calms the mind and is a useful tool for stress, overwhelm, mental fatigue and burnout. It can support meditation and help us to connect with our deep inner wisdom and knowing.

Hypersthene is protective, helping us to create and hold appropriate boundaries with energies that drain us, while also assisting us to open to of helpful energies in other realms.
