I don't know a lot about it. It has a high vibrational energy with a real 'wake up' feel to it while also feeling peaceful and calm. I believe it helps to put things in perspective, so that we can be grateful for, and take joy in, the many blessings we have while also waking up to new potentials and possibilities.
