Tiger’s Eye is a microcrystalline quartz, or chalcedony, with parallel inclusions forming sparkly bands. It is most often golden in colour, but other related stones include Hawk's Eye (blue) and Bull's Eye (red).

Tiger’s Eye is one of the main stones for manifestation, helping to bring inspiration into manifestation – to bring our ideas into reality. It has a strong male energy, bringing strength and stamina. It is a positive, practical stone, bringing focus, determination and self-belief. It is good for helping 'spaced out' people to get things done.

We have found that Tiger’s Eye has been helpful to some people with asthma.

Please note:
The elastic will eventually perish if worn daily in the shower, and I’ve broken several by catching them on my kitchen doorknobs and snapping the elastic, so do take reasonable care.
