I don't use Sulphur often and don't recommend it as a day to day crystal energy. It is very fast acting and powerfully clearing - not at all subtle! I've had success placing it at the crown to clear very stuck, stubborn headaches, but it definitely isn't the first 'go to' crystal for all headaches.

I think it might also blast through stuck creativity, though I haven't used it this way myself. My reasoning here is that is is a component of Pyrite (Iron+Sulphur) and Pyrite is very good for creativity, with the Iron to help ground it.

You might think that the addition of Quartz would make Sulphur even more zingy, but we find these pieces very gentle. They are clearing at a very deep level, but do this task unobtrusively.. They are surprisingly peaceful.
