I don't use Sulphur often and don't recommend it as a day to day crystal energy. It is very fast acting and powerfully clearing - not at all subtle! I've had success placing it at the crown to clear very stuck, stubborn headaches, but it definitely isn't the first 'go to' crystal for all headaches.

I think it might also blast through stuck creativity, though I haven't used it this way myself. My reasoning here is that is is a component of Pyrite (Iron+Sulphur) and Pyrite is very good for creativity, with the Iron to help ground it.
