Shiva Lingam is a quartz based stone with many other components that has been tumbled into shape. Traditional lingams come from, the Narmada River in India, at Onkar, Mandhata, which is one of the country’s seven sacred holy sites.
Holding a Shiva Lingam can help us to become centred, deeply connected with Earth and grounded in our physical bodies. They hold the energy of both the Divine Feminine and Masculine. They bring balance and peace and are beautifully nurturing.
