Strawberry Quartz is clear Quartz with inclusions of various forms of Iron Oxide that create the pinky red colour. It varies from clear with visible needles or sparkly flakes to a deep, rich, more uniform colour.
Like many pink crystals it has a strong affinity with the heart, but Strawberry Quartz also reaches to both Earth and Heaven/Spirit. It helps us to bring high spiritual frequencies in to daily life and reminds us to take time out in solitude and prayer. It brings joy into the heart and helps us to appreciate and express gratitude for our physical lives and all our many blessings.
