Llanite Tumblestones Large

£4.00

Tumblestones or tumbled stones have been tumbled with grit in a large tumbling machine to create a polished surface that is pleasant to hold and is also good for reflecting the colour of the stone.

They are a great, inexpensive way to get to know crystals and to start building your collection. They are also perfect tools for healing and gridmaking.

These tumblestones are our 'standard stock' and we usually have many available. They all pass Sue's quality test, but since they are natural stones there will be some variation in appearance. You may not receive the item in the photograph.

Llanite is a rhyolite rock named for Llano County, Texas where it is found. Sometimes it is called Que Sera, but there is controversy over what should and should not be so named, since Que Sera is a Melody name.

The rock is composed of several different minerals, but what you will mostly see is rather lovely blue Quartz and pinkish Feldspar in a brownish ‘base’.

I really like this stone, and find it a very interesting balance of quite different energies. To me, it is stabilising, soothing, gently grounding and quite protective – great to use when surrounding energies are chaotic. I have read that it is good protection against electromagnetic energy, but I haven’t tried this myself.

While it reduces chaotic and distorted energy, it helps us to tap into balanced earth vibrations and increases positive, balance, aligned energy. And while it is gently grounding, it also reaches up to higher frequencies.

All in all, in my opinion, a very helpful crystal, assisting us to channel the frequencies of both earth and heaven.
