Amethyst is a quartz crystal that varies from pale lavender to deep purple. It can be used in times of stress to still a busy, anxious mind, & to relieve insomnia, tension headaches & general physical pain.

Often called the “Spiritual Stone”, it is excellent for meditation & spiritual growth. It is a stone of transformation & can assist in times of change, & be a great comfort in times of grief. It can give support to a weakened immune system, & help with addictive behaviour.

Cathedrals and Elestials are profound tools for spiritual growth and connecting with the truth of who we are. They are powerful healers working on many levels and helping us to connect with the guidance of our higher selves, beings of great wisdom, the angelic realms, etc. They are transformational tools, taking us to deep levels of healing, and beyond – to places that we might have thought were impossible. They help us to move through emotion and ego attachment to align with our true spiritual purpose.

They both have many natural terminations and have the appearance of being multi-layered. Cathedrals are a type of Elestial in which all the terminations point in one direction. These are rare and unusual formations in Amethyst and I’ve never come across small, affordable crystals like this before.

(It can be a little confusing since the large cave like clusters of Amethyst are also called Cathedrals.)
